About Us

Hand of the Cook Commercial Kitchen is a shared kitchen located in downtown Lubbock in the Legacy Event Center. It is our mission to help you fulfill your dreams for culinary greatness by providing a fully licensed commercial kitchen available when YOU need it! 

Whether you are just starting out, and everyone has told you that what you make needs to be in stores, or you are a seasoned chef/cook that wants to continue your culinary adventure, without the high overhead of a brick and mortar – we are here to help!

Our kitchen is divided into 4 zones, that can accommodate up to 4 people each. The kitchen is available for rent 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year!

Included with your hourly rental you have access to all of our kitchen equipment, which includes:

• 2 Convection Ovens

• 2 - 6 Burner Gas Ranges with Conventional Ovens

• 30 Gallon Vulcan Tilt Skillet

• 30 QT Mixer

• 10 QT Mixer

• Warmer/Proofer

• Access to refrigerator/freezer space while you are working in the kitchen. 

• Pots, Pans, Skillets, Braziers

• Miscellaneous small wares

• Small, medium and large dry storage units available for monthly rental along with refrigerators and freezers (subject to availability).

Everything you need to walk in and start cooking!

Located within an event center you have the added benefit of offering a venue to your clients for 16 to 350 people, hosting your own cooking class or having a small intimate pop-up dinner. The opportunities are limitless!
